I have anticipated and looked forward to this wonderful day, although it meant leaving Larry, my true love.
I was born in Chadron, NE on Nov 18, 1950, the second of four children born to Irvin and Dona (Hunt) Anthony. My younger discount corey seager jerseys years were spent in Chadron. At the age of eleven, I played church organ for local churches. The gift of music came NFL authentic kris bryant jerseys sale Jerseys | Cheap Price Jerseys Sale Online from my mother's family and I enjoyed playing piano, organ and flute. As a family, we spent weekends at Lake Whitney and my Dad taught me to water ski at a very young age.
My family moved to Scottsbluff in March of 1965, I was in the eighth grade. This is when I met the love of my life, Larry Yarnall. Larry and I were married Aug 17, 1969. Our 45 years of marriage were joyous. While Larry attended Chadron State College, I worked for the PERC and later transferred to ESU 13 when we returned to Scottsbluff. After several years at ESU 13, I took a position for Scottsbluff Schools where I served as the Secretary to the Superintendent and Board of Education for 14 years. Ill health dictated my early retirement in 1994.
Larry and I spent the early years of marriage snow skiing, water skiing, boating and building homes we lived in. We were great friends and blessed with a love that held us together through the great times and the times of illness. Larry is the love of my life and has been my rock through 21 years of ill health, never once complaining, always loving and kind, day after day taking care of me. I praise God for giving, to me, a steadfast husband.
During the years of ill health, I found comfort in our beloved dogs; Teenie, Sheba, Magic, Koda and Shelbi. Gardening was a therapy I enjoyed and while gardening I was often in prayer for others. The Lord was my strength and fortress.
Larry and I were blessed with several nephews and nieces whom we loved. I have fond memories of fun family times boating, water skiing and holiday get togethers.
